Location Details: + Berwyn, IL + Split between two nearby elementary schools, within one mile of each other + Four days at one school and one day at the other Hours: + Regular Hours: 8:10 am - 3:10 pm + Extended Hours: 17 days throughout the school year until 4:30 pm for scheduled meetings and professional development (Roughly every other Wednesday) Caseload Details: + Mixed caseload including general education, life skills, and self-contained students + Approximately 20 students at one school and 5 students at the other + Collaboration is essential, this role will be working alongside two other Social Workers and an Intern!  Responsibilities: + Provide social work services across two elementary schools + Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address social and emotional needs + Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success + Implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavioral and emotional outcomes + Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided + Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: + Master's degree in Social Work + Valid state licensure as a School Social Worker (PEL) + Experience working with elementary students and diverse populations + Strong communication and interpersonal skills AnthroPerks: + Annual Salary Range: $58,000-$66,000 (Paid Weekly - 52 Week Pay Schedule) + Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
