We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time School Social Worker for the 2024-25 school year. This position is based in Naperville, IL and involves supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) across two elementary schools.

Job Responsibilities:Student Assessments: Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and develop actionable plans.
Advocacy: Serve as a bridge between students, schools, and community resources to ensure their rights and needs are met.
Positive School Environment: Cultivate a welcoming and supportive climate for all students.
Collaboration: Partner with teachers and school staff to identify and assist at-risk students.
Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of student progress and interventions.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.
Valid Illinois PEL with a Social Work endorsement.
Previous experience in a K-12 setting is preferred.
