Pay Range:
$49,700.00 - $81,650.00
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Provides high level technical support to customers on use of hematology products. Answers and documents incoming technical inquiries and complaints by phone and email on product techniques, procedures and troubleshooting. Communicates to obtain all pertinent information relating to the inquiry.
Provides adequate information to problem solve or to assist in the resolution of the issue.
+ Documents information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
+ Works on complex problems of diverse nature where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.
+ Supports the Marketing and Sales Departments. Provides guidance and recommendations on products based on customer needs and utilizes customer interactions to improve business opportunities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis. Helps to identify gaps and collaborates to devise and implement process improvements.
+ Assure a high level of quality and accuracy in the processing of customer QC data
+ Provide QC program support for OEMs, International Distributors and end-user customers
+ Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Handbook and follows guidelines regarding safety as outlined in the AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene and Exposure Control manuals in accordance to the job.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
**Education and Experience:**
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or equivalent with of 0-2 years’ experience. Hands on laboratory experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required. Computer entry and/or typing skills are desirable. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Knowledge of hematology products and instruments and their functionality, development, manufacturing, quality control and uses, competitor(s) and their product offerings, and the marketplace, as well as the ability to continually gain in-depth knowledge.
+ A passion for the products and company and a deep empathy for the customer and their needs and goals, with the intelligence to combine and integrate various sources of information into opportunities and strategies.
Skills Include:
+ Problem solving and critical thinking, which includes the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate an alternative course of action.
+ Verbal and written communication including technical writing skills.
+ Assisting customers in a professional manner.
+ Establishing effective interpersonal relationships throughout the company, to solicit key ideas and information.

Ability to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN Ability to work hours that conform to standard business operations (7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.)
