The Lead Environmental Scientist develops programs to track and measure environmental performance. The role will ensure that cost effective compliance opportunities are pursued; develop programs to streamline environmental compliance and make compliance routine and systematic; and provide meaningful metrics to the organization so that continuous environmental performance can be pursued. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other relevant technical field is preferred.10or more years of experience in a compliance or regulatory capacity in the energy or related industries is required.Proven environmental compliance skills in the energy industry is required.Proven skills in the areas of communication, organization, influencing, and conflict resolution are required.Proven ability to evaluate issues, define requirements, and implement action plans to accomplish organizational goals is required.Working knowledge of midstream energy industry facilities, such as pipelines (gas, liquids, and natural gas liquids), pump and compressor stations; gas and liquid measurement facilities; above and below ground storage; liquid terminals, gas processing facilities, or natural gas liquids fractionation is preferred.Mobility to walk and access field assets and Right-of-Way (ROW) is required.Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required.The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
