Job Description

Seeking a talented and motivated individual with expertise in enzymology and biochemical biophysical assay development to join our Bioassay Profiling group. This role supports small molecule drug discovery programs and involves strong technical and hands-on laboratory skills. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment and will stay current with their field of expertise.

Hard SkillsPhD in biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related disciplineExpertise in enzymology, ligand binding kinetics, and mechanism-of-action studiesExperience with biophysical techniques and instruments such as MST, DSF, SPR, ITCProficiency in microplate readers and automated liquid handling systemsProficient in software platforms for handling, analyzing, and visualizing assay data sets, such as GraphPad PrismSoft SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsDetail-oriented and analytical with excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to work in a flexible team-oriented environment

This is a fully on-site position in South San Francisco, California.
