Job Title: Scientist - Small Molecule SPR Specialist

Job Description

We seek a dedicated scientist to join our team onsite during standard business hours. You will support the early-stage pipeline of small molecule therapeutics. Your primary responsibilities will include characterizing protein-small molecule interactions using SPR with Cytiva Biacore instruments. This role involves assay development, hit characterization, and ranking. You will conduct laboratory experiments, plan detailed procedures, analyze data, and regularly communicate project results. Additional responsibilities include advising colleagues, participating in scientific meetings, generating publications, and mentoring research associates.
