We support drug discovery by profiling and formulating small and large molecules to aid in candidate selection and clinical development. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare and test small and large molecule formulations using HPLC, HPSEC, spectrophotometry, and other analytical methods. + Handle chemical compounds and operate manual and robotic liquid handling systems. + Record and report results in an electronic lab notebook (ELN). + Work in a fast-paced lab environment, contributing to key decision-making processes. **Required Qualifications:** + **Education:** BS in Analytical Chemistry or a related field with 3+ years of industry experience OR MS/PhD with 2+ years of industry experience. + **Experience:** + Hands-on lab work, including HPLC analysis of biologics and small molecules. + Strong analytical chemistry skills, including chemical compound handling, purification, and characterization. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):** + Small-scale pre-formulations and lipid nanoparticles. + Experience with ELN, liquid handling robotics, TECAN systems, and analytical characterization.
