In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Collaborate with researchers to drive new applications of Cytiva products + Develop the understanding of customers changing application and provide creative solution ideas together with sales and global product management team. + Build the good relationships with scientists in Biopharma/Biotech companies, PIs/KOLs in Universities/Institutes/Hospitals, and researchers in Government labs + Participate in academic activities/conferences as a speaker + Provide Marketing insights of products and solution development + Enable Internal Product Specialist to teach and train them + Handle complex or critical application issues from users + Guide the development of new applications and new products based on your marketing insights The essential requirements of the job include: + Ph.D. Degree of Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Immunology, or related fields + Minimum 3 years of technical support, drug discovery or academic research experiences + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English + Experience of direct customer interaction on technical and product performance challenges + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Good interpersonal skills, demonstrable communication/presentation and scientific writing skills + Demonstrated teamworking and scientific coordination/leadership skills + Excellent academic thinking and innovative spirit + Excellent internal and external communication skills + Excellent training skills Join our winning team today.
