Position Summary:This role sits with the Brisbane / Drug Substance Division - One of the five divisions that make up the Pharma Services Group. At the Brisbane site, we specialise in GMP manufacturing and commercialisation of large molecule biologics, applying proven manufacturing approaches. This allows us to serve the needs of our clients in the BioPharma sectors globally. To support the rapid growth of the Brisbane site, a role has been created to support the MSS team with increased material movement and transactions within the operational production suites.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting the MSS team and greater OPS group by, all partners to ensure that all material is delivered to the production suites as per the production scheduleSupporting Material Management lifecycle activities to ensure the accuracy SAP material data through the following daily tasks: stock consumption, cycle counts, and material discrepancy investigation.Have a proactive outlook and initiative to identify and overcome manufacturing challenges, with direct support to deliver a sustained improvement in the team's key performance indicators of Right the First Time and On Time Delivery.Partner with the supply chain, QC, and QA team to maintain the lifecycle of all production material documents, records, safety stock level, and material expiry.Proactively adhere with the Patheon cGMP Quality Management System and the Patheon EH&S requirements.Support as an SME in process troubleshooting, and contribute to the implementation of relevant new technologies/equipment/processes.Adhere to OHS policies and procedures and ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.Skills and experience:1 year of data administration experience, preferably in a GMP logistics/manufacturing environment with sound knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP preferred), SmartSheets and data entry software.Tertiary education in a science or engineering-based field (i.e. biopharmaceutical manufacture, biotechnology, process technology).Strong organisational, scheduling, and planning skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good communication, flexibility, reliability, and assertiveness.
