+ This position is responsible for formulating liquid and lyophilized protein therapeutics, preparing formulation and assay buffers, as well as containers and closures to support pharmaceutical development studies. + The individual will learn analytical assays, protein formulation characterization techniques and stability testing. He or she will be responsible for analysing data, interpreting results and noting significant deviations. + Additional responsibilities include maintaining oversight of day-to-day laboratory activities, managing inventory of raw materials and drug product packaging, as well as documenting and retrieving scientific data in electronic lab notebook. **EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in protein biochemistry, biophysical chemistry, analytical science, pharmaceutical science, physical chemistry, chemical engineering or a related field with 0-2 years of analytical or drug formulation development experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. + The candidate should have technical skills to be able to conduct experiments in research or development lab; prior experience in development of protein formulations and stability assessment is preferred. + The candidate should also have strong communication, documentation and report + writing skills. + Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
