Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance and/or productivity projects with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
**How you will contribute**
With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements and development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.
**What you will bring**
Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct technical and fiancial assessement on innovation ideas and opportunities, to evaluate the feasibility.
2.Develop project IC, including project objectives, scope , preliminary financial target and milestones.
3. Lead/support the global project team to develop the project including:
- Deliver technical solutions to meet innovation objectives. including conduct bench top , pilot plant and bakery trials, collect data and interpret results to drive the program forward
- Coordinate with Consumer Science to perform prototype evaluation to confirm consumer acceptability.
- Coordinate sensory and analytical testing of prototypes and conduct stability studies to ensure adequate shelf life of new products/platforms.
- Gain the alignment with stakeholders and keep connected with global and regional teams to synchronize with related projects.
4. Assist regions on the project implementation during deployment phase.
5. Working as the representative of Suzhou product platform team to connect with global and regional teams
