If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile and join our global team! **Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly motivated scientist with a track record of excellence for a position in the biophysical research area in Global R&D, Personal Care/Skin Health Research & Innovation group, based in Piscataway, NJ.** **Responsibilities:** + **Develop and implement non-invasive skin measurement methods based on bio-instruments to assess and document performance of product benefits** + **Develop methods and demos to illustrate mechanism of action and provide scientific support on products performance** + **Conduct POC(Proof of Concept) clinical studies utilizing skin imaging instrumentations** + **Evaluate biofunctional actives for skin care and cleansing products** + **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals** + **Identify and lead collaboration effort with external partner** **Required Qualifications** + **BS/Master in Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Material Science, Biochemistry or Biology** + **1+ year of lab-based work experience and/or research experience** + **Experienced with developing analytical, imaging, and characterization methods** **Preferred Qualifications** + **Hands on experience with bio-instruments and skin imaging instruments** + **Experience with clinical studies** + **Experience in skincare and personal care industry** + **Strong project management and execution skills** + **Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills** **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
