This position reports to
Procurement Manager
Your role and responsibilities•\tManaging the data, business processes and systems related to procurement and sourcing •\tDeveloping new tools and analytics that enable sourcing and procurement teams to become more efficient & effective•\tLeading integration / migration of ABB products databases and tools for local Division •\tDevelop and maintain SCM business processes and related documentation including periodic review and update•\tServe as liaison to Global tools & process development teams•\tPerforming the supply chain controlling role and ensuring all reported savings and impacts follow guidelines and rules published by ABB•\tSupport the annual budgeting and negotiation process for local Division in line with Global process•\tManaging Master Data Management for procurement
Qualifications for the role\tA bachelor’s degree in technical or business field with min. 5 years of experience in sourcing / procurement / purchasing\tProficiency with software applications such as MS-Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)\tKnowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence software and tools \tStrong data analytics / data mining and project management skills\tA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
