SCOOL US Market - Direct Enterprise - Customer Operations Specialist (COS)

This is a Customer Operations role within the SCOOL team under Enterprise Operations, supporting the NA Market.  Customer facing role with strong partner engagement. Accountable for order execution, backlog management to support customer requirements and enable HPs financial objectives. Always delivering the best Total Customer Experience

Responsibilities: Acts as a first point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts and some "top tier" customers, on daily operational matters.Ensure orders are executed to meet service level agreement and supply chain requirements to deliver exceptional customer experience.Resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, and financial post- sales programs).Engages with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.Acts as a point of contact for a specialized topic (e.g., order management, special pricing) and trains team members.Contributes to efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities.Represents team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations.Accountable for order execution and backlog management; orders processed effectively and efficiently; ship and deliver per business and partner expectations, including shipment track and trace to delivery.Responsible for Total Order to Cash Cycle (Order entry to Invoicing)Utilize track-n-trace as a competitive advantage to meet customer CRDD requirements.Customer FacingPartner with Contracts/GTS/Credit to meet/exceed customer requirements.Partner with SC and Logistics Network to meet/exceed customer requirements.OM Compliance- SOX, SAB101, SOD, Records RetentionEducation and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically, 2-4 years of related experience (e.g., supply chain, customer service, procurement, financial management).Knowledge and Skills: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey impactful messages clearly (verbal, written, and presentation) to internal and external peers and management. Mastery in English and the local language is essential.Intermediate Understanding of Operational Issues: Proficiency in understanding and resolving moderately complex internal operational issues.S4 Knowledge: Familiarity with S4 systems is desired.Power BI and Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in Power BI and basic programming skills are highly desirable for data analysis and automation.Advanced MS Excel Knowledge: Expertise in using advanced features of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Advanced Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.Broad Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations: Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end process of supply chain operations.Customer Care and Problem-Solving Experience: Experience in customer care and resolving customer issues efficiently.Knowledge of order acceptance requirements: Experience on Order acceptance compliance requirements relevant to customer operations.Teamwork and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Ability to structure and apply developed organizational skills to manage daily operational issues, proven time management skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI and other tools and application relevant to Supply Chain Functions.Basic Project Management Skills: Ability to represent customer operations in projects and ensure timely completion of objectivesFlexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyBusiness Finance Knowledge: Understanding of business finance fundamentals to identify and action Supply Chain related opportunities.
