Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Screw Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Screw Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Screw Department supporting the overall operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Screw Machine Maintenance 3rd Shift **Location:** Hamilton, OH **Pay Range:** Starting at $25.00/hr (negotiable based on experience) **What's the Job?** + Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance. + Assist in training others to promote a knowledgeable workforce. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as per the COGZ Maintenance System. + Diagnose equipment problems through observation and troubleshooting methods. + Initiate material requests for parts and perform necessary repairs on equipment. **What's Needed?** + Machine Maintenance Experience is REQUIRED. + Two to four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Must be trained in Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures. + Ability to read machine drawings and adapt quickly to fixing both familiar and unfamiliar machinery. + High school diploma, trade school experience, or GED preferred. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Engage in hands-on work that contributes to the efficiency of manufacturing processes. + Chance to develop and enhance your technical skills. + Be part of a team that values safety and adherence to ISO requirements. + Potential for overtime hours on Thursday evenings, providing additional earning opportunities.
