Job Description
Set up, operate, and maintain Multi-spindle Davenport machines to produce manufactured products that meet quality standards. This role requires proficiency in mechanical tooling, blueprint reading, and machine setup. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with multi-spindle screw machines that are cam-driven, not CNC.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and maintain Multi-spindle Davenport screw machines.Use measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers to ensure precision.Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and shop drawings.Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on machinery.Operate additional machinery such as drill presses and 4-Slide machines.Ensure all produced parts meet tight tolerance and quality standards.Collaborate with team members and assist in other areas such as sorting or shipping when needed.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of experience with cam-driven multi-spindle screw machines.Proficiency in setting up, running, and maintaining multi-spindle screw machines.Experience using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.Knowledge of troubleshooting and mechanical tooling.Strong communication skills.Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
