\nJob Summary
\nAs a Scribe, you'll work closely with a physician during consultations, documenting information for precision. You'll capture patient background, concerns, examination details, and arrange x-rays. Document results of tests and communicate with departments regarding orders, radiology, and results. You may also assist with patient care under guidance of medical staff.
\nWhat You'll Do
\n\nAccurately document patient interaction in healthcare provider's exam room. Include physical exam details and procedures.\nRecording patient information: primary complaint, current illness history, bodily systems review, medical history, lifestyle habits, family history, risk factors, medications, allergies.\nPatient orders are transcribed and managed, including laboratory tests, imaging, medications, and referrals. Orders are executed as per provider instructions, with status checked regularly.\nAssisting with patient care responsibilities within the department, as and when required.\n\nWhat Will Make You Successful In The Role
\n\nHaving a certification as a Medical Assistant would be beneficial.\nUnderstanding of medical vocabulary is crucial.\nAwareness and understanding of laws related to healthcare patient privacy, such as HIPPA.\nAdvanced skills in computer applications.\nHighly efficient communication skills, both in speaking and writing, combined with excellent interpersonal abilities.\nExceptional focus on details.\nExemplary patient interaction skills, making patients feel comfortable and cared for.\nGood at organizing, with an emphasis on monitoring patient care and enhancing patient flow.\n\nBelonging Statement

\nQualifications
\n\nHigh school or equivalent education.\nExperience not required, but
