Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in the role of scrum master for a software development team, demonstrating a commitment to applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory diligently. Strong skills and knowledge in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and enhancing transparency within teams. Expertise in implementing various well-documented patterns and techniques to address intentional gaps in the Scrum approach, including multiple Burndown techniques, diverse Retrospective formats, and effective bug handling.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven background as a Scrum Master with 8+ years of experience  for a software development team dedicated to implementing Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Ability to manage multiple teams concurrently. Familiarity and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games. Hold a first-level Scrum Master certification (CSM). Expertise in applying a diverse range of documented patterns and techniques to address intentional gaps in the Scrum approach, including various Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, and bug handling. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
