Qualifications:

Education Level: Bachelors Degree Experience: 5 years in the use of Agile/Scrum/Lean/SAFe practices and methodology in delivering business/customer value; or in equivalent methodology in IT delivery. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner in prior role.
