Description:

•Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure that these events are productive, time boxed, and focused on achieving the Sprint goals.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Actively work to resolve conflicts, address bottlenecks, and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Promote Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across stakeholders. Encourage transparency, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate Decision-Making: Help the team make decisions by facilitating discussions, gathering relevant information, and ensuring consensus whenever possible. Empower the team to take  ownership of their work.
• Track Progress: Track and communicate progress towards Sprint goals, including burndown charts, velocity, and other relevant metrics. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management while managing project’s scope and timeline.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the team's Agile practices. Encourage experimentation, adaptation, and a mindset of continuous learning and improvement. Coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles, practices, and values. Mentor team members to improve their understanding of Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies.
• Support Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the Product Backlog, refine user stories, and ensure alignment between the team and stakeholders.
• Support Delivery Manager/Project Manager: Work closely with the

Delivery Manager/Project
 Manager in escalating cross-team dependencies, project Risks & Issues, Resource challenges,  Stakeholder challenges, etc. as applicable. Provide data for effective Executive Status reporting.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech / MCA
• Minimum of 6 years of experience and at least 2 years as a Scrum Master for an enterprise
 software development company.
• Must have risen to a Scrum Master role from a technical background – Development / Quality
 Engineering
• Any of the Scrum Alliance CSM / CSP certification / PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP).
 Desired Skills:
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar software.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on servant leadership and team empowerment.
 • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
