A government contractor based in Arlington, VA is hiring a Scrum Master. This is 5 days onsite in Rosslyn.

This company has created software that connects 5 countries - US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and allows their systems to connect for efficiency and collaboration. They need a Scrum Master that's worked with Technical Teams, end users, and has some experience with design. Any additional skills with marketing or accounting would be a huge plus! 

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance in the future. 

Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of professional experience This person will provides extremely high-level subject matter proficiency for work described in the task The Scrum Master is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment Your role will include running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation, managing support tickets and unblocking barriers to keep the team moving You will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the engineering, customer success and senior management teams Desired Skills & Experience Figma or other design experience Jira GitHub or GitLab experience
