Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team, particularly someone with a strong background in claims and billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with PI (Program Increment) planning. As a Scrum Master, you will guide and support our teams in the adoption of Agile practices, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Responsibilities: * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews * Lead and coordinate PI planning sessions to align teams on objectives and deliverables * Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles * Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, especially in the context of claims and billing workflows * Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements related to claims and billing * Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team * Track and report on team progress, metrics, and deliverables, specifically in claims and billing projects * Support the development and implementation of Agile best practices across the organization * Build a trusting and safe environment where team members feel comfortable to share their ideas and concerns
