Job Description Provide proactive project management and agile execution support for efforts spanning 6 12 months and $200k - $4M in a collaborative and dynamic environment.  Communication, negotiation and the ability to compromise are core to this role  Develop and maintain project plans that support resource management and budgets, including cross team / project dependencies and resource conflicts & optimization.  Facilitate iterative planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning.  Host project/team meetings at least once a week with team and managers  Manage project risks and issues, mitigation plans, gap to green, and maintain project documentation  Provide feedback, advice, support, coaching and encouragement to team members  Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness of execution and cross team dependency management  Coordinate with vendors, professional services, and suppliers as needed  Provide status reports that measure value, progress, cost, & quality - provide forecasting both weekly and monthly  Partner with teams from business, finance, other functional groups, information technology, and vendors.  Manage a project plan, budget, project risks and also a team.  Oversee the project or agile equivalent lifecycle from initiation, demand management/backlogs, requirements/stories, development, testing, CAB/release planning, deployment, and support.  Act as facilitator between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Skills and Requirements 10-15 years of experience in project/agile delivery  At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects with full life-cycle management.  At least 5 years of experience in agile processes and methods (scrum, kanban, backlogs, sprint & PI planning). Able to flex and use agile aspects that provide value without being rigid or overly prescriptive in processes and methods.  Bachelors degree  CSM and PMP or PMI-ACP certifications  Hands on Jira and Confluence experience, including reporting, dashboards, ticketing, and workflow are required.  Other skills and qualifications: 1. Organized self-starter with proven time management 2. Communication and organization navigational skills 3. Microsoft word, powerpoint, and excel proficiency 4. Executive presentations expertise 5. Smartsheet preferred, or MS Project 6. IT Systems Lifecycle methodology 7. Scaled Agile experience is a plus. 8. Executive status reporting & stakeholder management. 9. As this position is fully remote- good stable internet and willingness/inclination to consistently use webcams for meetings. 10. Able to work Eastern or Central time zone hours. Evening or weekend is expected to be limited to release deployment windows only.
