Overview PepsiCo’s Co-Innovation team, as part of the Digital Products and Services (DPS) organization, develops and leads the global co-innovation programs across Strategy and Transformation’s core priorities by collaborating with strategic technology partners to accelerate PepsiCo’s digital transformation. This role will focus on ensuring PepsiCo’s digital solutions incorporate the best-in-class technologies at scale through agile product delivery. The role leads, by influence, cross-functional agile team(s) of employees and contractors, drives team objectives and deliverables, surfaces team risks and impediments, and supports the program Technical Program Manager in all duties. Responsibilities Partner in facilitating product/program-related agile events and maintaining product/program artifacts Collaborate with Product Ownership to deliver the product/program’s prioritized backlog Understand/anticipate and engage in the escalation/mitigation of risks and impediments Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with all agile team roles and key product/program stakeholders to ensure execution alignment Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with all agile team roles, vendors, and key product/program stakeholders to ensure execution alignment Demonstrate servant leadership by educating and enabling teams on how to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via Lean-Agile practices Partner with senior leadership and technology partners to deliver prioritized innovation ideas that align best with PepsiCo priorities while leveraging our technology partners’ capabilities & expertise Manage both up and down the personnel hierarchy Support the Technical Program Manager in all product delivery activities Drive Azure DevOps best practices within and across products/programs Compensation and Benefit Details: The expected compensation range for this position is between $115,000 - $197,500. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, with a concentration in either Business or Information Systems Management preferred 5+ years of work experience, or 2-3 years of relevant experience either in CPG delivery teams or with a Top-Tier consulting firm Microsoft ADO skills and expertise are a MUST. Should be able to articulate Scrum Team’s performance building data driven dashboards in ADO and ensure Team’s velocity is improved. SAFe® (or noteworthy alternative) Scrum Master certification Project management experience, including balancing schedules, costs, and timelines Credible delivery experience with proven track record of agile team leadership and/or project/product delivery Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and deliver clear program/team status and action plans Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to articulate delivery plans and challenges to senior and executive leadership Ability to work in cross-functional team environments and matrix organizations Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, people management experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences effectively and concisely Preference for experience leading Scrum/Agile team events; preference for experience supporting PI Planning events EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
