We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Agility team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Dublin.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As our Scrum Master you will guide our agile teams through Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, to delivering high-quality products for Sentrisk, an AI-powered global supply chain risk solution, developed by MMC.
Working closely with various stakeholders, including product managers and developers, your focus will be to ensure project timelines are met and our team is equipped to overcome challenges.
Together, you will help transform the landscape of supply chain risk management for organizations worldwide. Powered by AI, the platform helps clients turn their supply chain risk exposures into business opportunities through best-in-market data capabilities.
Your expertise will help shape the team structure and drive the evolution towards a more agile approach, while also actively participating in product development tasks to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.

We will count on you to:
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that the actions resulting from retrospectives are applied.Lead Agile Practices: Guide the scrum team in Agile methodology and scrum practices.Stakeholder Collaboration: Set up productive collaboration with stakeholders (product manager, marketing manager, developers).Sprint Management: Apply Scrum management processes, conduct requirements workshops, and manage the sprint backlog.Remove Impediments: Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress.Continuous Improvement: Promote improvement through retrospectives and feedback.What you need to have:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile Delivery role.Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles, software development, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.What makes you stand out?
