**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will responsible for delivering accelerators across the Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams and driving a culture of continuous innovation. The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within IAM teams, ensuring effective delivery of projects related to user identity, access controls, and security. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, coupled with knowledge of IAM concepts and practices, to guide teams in delivering secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate team events such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, reviews, and retrospectives
+ Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, proactively working to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
+ Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guiding the team
+ Serve as a liaison between IAM teams and collaborators, facilitating clear communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.

+ Continuously learn and improve as a Scrum Master to better support the team's success, including participation in Amgen Communities of Practice
+ Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure IAM projects align with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GxP, SOX).

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Information Systems experience or related field experience OR
+ Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Information Systems experience or related field experience OR
+ Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Information Systems experience or related field experience
+ Awareness of technical aspects related to IAM systems and software.
+ Experience leading meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring active participation and effective outcomes.
+ Deep knowledge and expertise in SAFe. Combine technical knowledge of SAFe with a motivation to improve software, systems, and Agile business processes.
+ Strong attention to detail in documentation and project planning.
+ Jira experience
+ SAFe training experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Jira Align experience
+ Miro experience
+ Workshop facilitation experience
Professional Certifications:
+ SAFe Scrum Master certification – preferred
+ PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IAM certifications) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
+ Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
+ High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
+ Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals
+ Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Work Hours:
+ This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required
+ Potential Shifts (subject to change based on business requirements): Second Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm IST; Third Shift: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am IST.
+ On-Call This position may have after hours responsibilities
