The ideal candidate will help our Agile Teams become more mature and efficient by using product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. This role involves facilitating self-assessments, conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and tracking the frequency of releases. Key Responsibilities: * Scrum Master will work with Agile teams to perform self-assessments and develop action plans for improvements * Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge team satisfaction and areas for growth * Track and analyze the frequency of product releases and other relevant metrics * Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote Agile best practices * Support the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization * As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business goals * Provide regular reports on team performance and progress towards goals
