Roles and Responsibilities: * Agile Leadership: Lead multiple scrum teams in Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement * Facilitation: Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective collaboration and communication among the team * Coaching and Mentorship: Mentor, coach, and guide team members, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile best practices and principles * Impediment Management: Identify, manage, and eliminate project impediments to ensure smooth and efficient progress * Performance Tracking: Utilize Agile metrics and data to track team performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvement * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other business units to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficient delivery of projects * Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Scrum process and contribute to the organization's Agile maturity * Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and security * Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to the company's project management standards * Collaboration: Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and leaders across the organization to promote best practices and consistency in Agile delivery
