Responsibilities: * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective * Ensure the Scrum framework is understood and followed by the team * Scrum Master will identify and remove impediments that could impact team progress * Act as a buffer to protect the team from external distractions and interference * Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
