As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for establishing and advancing Scrum practices across at least two teams while acting as a facilitator to help teams maintain transparency in their work and adapt based on learned experiences. This role enhances team effectiveness by removing impediments and promoting open communication.
Responsibilities:
Implement and develop Scrum practices within the organization and teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles
Identify and remove impediments that may impact team effectiveness
Monitor and report on team progress using Agile metrics to improve performance
Foster open discussion and proactively resolve conflicts within the team
Collaborate with stakeholders across various regions and time zones, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal relations
Stay updated with the latest Agile practices and SAFe guidelines, continuously improving skills
Job Qualifications
Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its implementation
Experience working as a Scrum Master in an international company, preferably in a SAFe environment
Proficient in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles
Knowledge of Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and time zones
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to address issues and foster collaboration within the team
Experience in applying Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and improve team performance
Ability to identify and remove impediments to help the team deliver value consistently
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks like Kanban or Lean is a plus
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest Agile practices and SAFe guidelines
Bachelor's degree or higher
