We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our organization and continue the agile transformation in the Spirits BU. As a vital player in our agile adoption, you will focus on building trust, supporting cross-functional collaboration, and maximizing value creation. You will serve as an agile coach and problem solver for your teams, Outcome Owners, stakeholders, and cross functional partners.
In this role, you'll embody agile values such as commitment, focus, openness, courage, and respect, influencing through transparency, inspection, and adaptation. Your servant-leadership will help the organization appreciate the value of outcomes over outputs. You will lead, coach, and train the organization in its agile adoption, plan new agile implementations, and work closely with employees and stakeholders to understand and enact agile and empirical outcome development. By leading change, you will enhance the productivity of our agile teams and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to elevate the effectiveness of agile practices within the organization.
This role is focused on driving efficient and effective work, enabling self-organization and cross-functionality, removing impediments, and facilitating agile events. Additionally, you will exhibit intrapreneurship by thinking boldly, taking appropriate risks, and encouraging innovation, while demonstrating ownership by setting high expectations and holding yourself and others accountable.

What You Need
Master’s Degree plus 3 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a cross-functional team reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a cross-functional team reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of experience leading, coaching, or managing a cross-functional team reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Experience in a scrum environment using scrum framework as a scrum master or member of a scrum team. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint at a basic level; MS Excel, at an intermediate level. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. Required to be 18 years or older. What Will Set You Apart
Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts; different team sizes; different organizations; different cultures; co-located vs. distributed. Brings new thinking to challenge existing technology and processes & influence change across the organization. Excellent at building relationships across teams and communicating for influence (written, verbal, and presentation). Desire to understand our businesses and consumers. Familiarity with Lean methodologies; skilled with continuous improvement.
Compensation:
Hiring Salary Range Posted: $98,000 - $147,000 / year Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
