Facilitate and support all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and defect reviews.
Remove impediments to team productivity and ensure flexibility to respond to changes.
Ensure goals, scope, and product backlog items are understood and achievable by team members.
Collaborate with Product Owner and team to clarify requirements and build a healthy backlog.
Support continuous improvement in team communications and relationships; represent the team in Scrum of Scrums (SoS).
Help the team embrace Agile Core Values, Principles, and practices.
Use data and metrics to demonstrate team capacity, predictability, and maturity.
Create metrics to gather overall program status and identify product deficiencies.
Monitor project progress against cost and schedule, resolving variances.
Validate completion of project activities and milestones.
Build strong relationships with customers, clients, vendors, and employees; be the go-to person for project matters.
Create and brief presentations, reports, and metrics to project team, leadership, and clients.
Develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
