The Stage Position Measurement (SPM) department within the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for interferometer and encoder based sub-nanometer position measurement systems for, a.o., wafer stages and reticle stages. We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead a team of expert engineers to secure all deliverables are executed as planned.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to organize and coach the team to apply agile best practices well aligned with the needs of the team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in agile way of working, scrum master roles and responsibilities, also in non-Software development environments, and be capable of guiding a team to ensure on-time completion of tasks with optimal effort.
Meet realistic team commitments - guides the team on setting realistic commitments and meeting them. Identifies impediments, to ensure committed iteration goals are met by the agile team. Let the team start to self-organize to meet the objectives.Build a competent team - analyses and improves current team rituals and behavior in the team. Acts as a mentor for PO and Team members to increase team efficiency. Is a skilled facilitator of team rituals and is developing skills to motivate and coach the team and PO.Improve the team (based on lean-agile mindset and principles) - Analyses team rituals, identifies bottlenecks and provides advice regarding improvements in team rituals to optimize value delivery.Education and Experience Master or bachelor degree in a technical discipline.Thorough experience in engineering and solid experience as Scrum Master, also in hardware-related teams.An extensive knowledge and experience with iterative development fundamentals and teaches this to others.Well-experienced in team-building and facilitation, removing roadblocks.
