In the role of Agile Professional III – SCRUM Master, you will guide teams and the organization in embracing Agile methodologies. Your responsibilities will include facilitating SCRUM ceremonies, fostering discussions and decision-making, removing impediments, reporting metrics, analyzing velocity, and sharing critical information.As an Agile Framework authority, you will establish new Agile teams and provide recommendations to enhance Agile development and best practices. You will also support and mentor the Product Owner in refining and maintaining the product backlog. By employing a servant leadership style, you will assist the team and the organization in adopting Agile practices and principles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

One or more Agile certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner-Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience with the CMMI Level 3 process modelUnderstanding of industry-standard software languagesExperience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated buildKnowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $71.00
