·       Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and product owner. Communicate clearly and regularly about sprint progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

·       Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team reflect on their performance and work together to implement improvements for the next sprint.

·       Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as the QA team, data integration team, and operations teams, to ensure smooth workflows and integration.

·       Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and work with the team to create mitigation strategies. Communicate risks to stakeholders and escalate when necessary.

·       Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to team members on Agile processes and Scrum practices, helping them improve individual and team performance.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders and foster a collaborative and productive environment.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ensuring teams stay focused on high-value deliverables.

·       Experience working with healthcare data management systems, particularly related to Medicaid/Medicare and HIPAA compliance, is preferred.
