Kforce is representing a client in their search for an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join their Digital Marketing development team. This is an onsite position in Canonsburg, PA, and is a 6-month contract opportunity. Overview: As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, ensuring collaboration and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing development team and other Scrum Masters to ensure that work progresses on schedule within the planned iteration and meets the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the team consistently meets its objectives. This role involves supporting the client's SAFe transformation, participating in PI planning sessions, facilitating team Scrum events, and ensuring alignment across teams. You will be responsible for troubleshooting obstacles, promoting continuous improvement through retrospectives, tracking KPIs, and ensuring adherence to the SAFe framework.
