Work you'll do/Responsibilities + The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the effective implementation of the Scrum framework within Client development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. + Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). + Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensuring clarity and prioritization of user stories. + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management The Team The US Cloud Engineering Offering focuses on enabling our client's end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud, with opportunities in the areas of Cloud Strategy and Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development & Integration, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Infrastructure & Managed Services.
