The Opportunity:

CACI is seeing a Scrum Master who will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting and building new features for the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), which consists of many capabilities spanning all aspects of DoD procurement from Solicitation through Contract Closeout and related activities.




Responsibilities:

The Scrum Master is responsible for leading the software development agile team by overseeing design, implementation, Quality Assurance, and validation of programming code and products; creating project outlines and timelines; facilitating daily stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing; removing project obstacles;  documenting progress and communicating to appropriate audience.

Lead Agile product teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organizationConduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and eventsTrack and collect Agile metrics for inclusion into program level metricsFacilitate team velocity and remove blockersSupports Shared Services and technical program leadership in conducting release planning, system design and system implementation as neededResponsible for team performance to include delivery of documented deliverablesCreates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as requiredFacilitates team communications and updates Program Management Office (PMO), product owner, product stakeholders, and staff as appropriatePrepares briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadershipCollaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizationsEffectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environmentAssists Quality/Program Manager with the creation of contract deliverable documentation




Qualifications:

Required: 

Must have a SAFe Scrum Master CertificationExperience managing projects in similar size and with multiple competing prioritiesExperience managing IT projects using either Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologiesAdaptable and able to work constructively with a technically and geographically diverse teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWork collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment; working with others to meet aggressive time-based goals and high-quality standardsMust be US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearanceTypically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.



Desired:

Experience with SAFeManagerial experienceBusiness Analysis experienceFamiliar with one or more of the following: DoD Contracting, DoD Purchase/Acquisition, DoD Supply/Logistics and/or DoD Payment processingFamiliar with JIRA, Confluence or similar programsFamiliar with Mockflow or similar wireframe programs and conceptsJAVA Software Development experienceExperience supporting Government contracts

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
