Client is seeking an experienced scrum master to help sevice key customer in canada. In this role the Scrum Master is responsbile for leading the day-to -day activities of an Agile project team for a automative company . 
The preferred candidate will have a history of delivering superior consulting services in large, complex organisations. 
Responsibilities Lead a scrum team in executing tasks and coordinating the efforts of project team members Adhere to client's agile project methodologies and tools Develop and maintain sprint backlogs support and educate the Product owner , especially with respect to developing the product roadmap , product backlog and release plan Day to Day Job Duties Initiate sprints and Participate in sprint planning , retrospectives Handle daily scrum Identify Impediments ,blockers, interdependencies and create action plan for timely resolution Ensure project and milestones are completed on time and schedule Manage required SDLC checkpoints on the project Manage client expectations Pepare daily , weekly and monthly status dashboard and report back to management Responsible for project tracking and dashboards Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for Issues/risks Basic Qualification Excellent in verbak and written communications; ability to handle senior management in business and IT Certified Scrm Master or equivalent certfication Overlall 10 +year isof experience in software delivery with large scale implementation involving multisite team Hands on skills in Agile methodologies and tools including JIRA , Confluance and ALM for test case management.
