Scrum Master
Job Description A fortune 250 retail company headquartered in Memphis, TN is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team. The clients work depends on a Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for driving continuous improvement, this is your chance to lead and make a difference.  Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure the team is aligned, focused, and committed to delivering value.  Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, helping them to self-organize, plan, and execute effectively while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  Work closely with product owners to ensure the product backlog is refined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.  Identify, address, and remove impediments or blockers that may impact the team's ability to deliver on sprint goals.  Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.  Champion Agile best practices, principles, and frameworks within the organization, fostering an environment of collaboration and transparency. Skills and Requirements 5 to 7 years experience as a true Scrum Master o Agile Ceremonies, Spring planning (they plan quarterly), planning in backlogs, helping team members add story points, understanding the velocity of the springs and how everything impacts this  Excellent organizational, communication, management, and leadership skills  Proficiency in using data-driven insights and Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) to guide teams towards improvement  Experience with budget, scope, and schedule management  JIRA (pointing tickets, injected tickets, etc.)  Ability to communicate with technical teams and understanding how technical additions and testing may impact the velocity Certifications null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
