The framework blends traditional and iterative methodologies, and this role will focus on ensuring teams effectively conduct Framework meetings and drive continuous improvement.Supported teams may include those specializing in application development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Additionally, this role will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and IT professionals at all levels, including both managerial and non-managerial roles. Responsibilities:Guide teams in adopting and optimizing the client's Delivery Process Framework values, processes, and best practices while fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.Act as a Servant Leader by removing impediments, facilitating discussions, conflict resolution, and decision-making to support the delivery of committed work goals.Coach teams toward higher levels of process maturity at a sustainable pace, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and organizational goals.Lead key Agile ceremonies, including Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Reviews, while enhancing transparency and cross-team collaboration.Provide team metrics and dashboards to support continuous improvement, ensuring awareness of work progress, interruptions, and their impact on project timelines. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Sciences, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.Hands-on experience with Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, Lean methodologies, and hybrid development techniques (Scrum, Phase-Gate, Feature/User Story decomposition).Strong ability to communicate, facilitate discussions, and influence teams without direct authority while fostering collaboration across functions.Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office, project management, business analysis, and organizational skills to support Agile development teams effectively. Familiarity with DevOps process preferred. Agile certifications are preferred, along with experience in guiding IT teams through Agile transformations using servant leadership and best practices.
