Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
