Job Summary
Caterpillar is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team to act as a champion for our GFS Strategy -Global Finance Services Division.
The Global finance transformation team is seeking an Agile Scrum Master who can work with multiple product owners and development teams to drive the product development for multiple use cases being onboarded onto Global Finance data platform.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield Office, Bangalore, India
What you will do
Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for scrum team.
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
Closely work with Product Owner to:
Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange Product Backlog to maximize value
Closely work with development team to:
Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.

Working from Bangalore, RMZ Office, Whitefield - 3 -4 days from officeWhat you will have
The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.The candidate must have 3+ experience in Agile coaching
Experience in establishing Scrum framework and methodology in organization
Extensive Project Management Experience engaging in large-scale transformation projects focused on MDM, Data Quality, Data Governance etc.
Experience managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Engaged in planning, analysis, and implementation phases of the project
Conducted change impact analysis to define and evaluate the scope and objectives of the project
Defined project scope, goals, and deliverables
Developed the full-scale project plans and prepare communication guidelines
Developed and implement the stakeholder communication plan ensuring successful stakeholder engagement at all levels
Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
Understanding of efficient stakeholder engagement within a challenging business environment
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environmentExperience in Kanban and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) Certified in Scrum Master and KanbanCertified in PMPBachelor Degree in relevant fieldFinance and Accounting experience a plusExperience with JIRA and Azure DevOps project management tools and implementation of best practices in Agile tools
