Scrum Master
Job Description Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to: Facilitation of meetings to go over business requests, driving them through completion and keep all stakeholders informed of the status Facilitation of scrum ceremonies for agile teams (Sprint Planning/Demos/Retrospectives) Support Product team in prioritizing, moving along backlog items and new items coming through the pipeline Support scrum teams by removing roadblocks and guiding team to achieve goals Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced working environment Track metrics for the scrum teams throughout the releases and overall year Prioritize bug resolution from QA within the current sprint Prioritize bug resolution from UAT activities that occur at the end of previous sprints without impact to current workloads Work across development teams to align on cross team dependencies and make sure teams are not blocking each other Help facilitate resolution of issues during teams work hours to make sure that working hours are not lost due to blockers Coordinate with Product Scrum Master to make sure that deliverable timelines are met on or ahead of schedule to reduce just-in-time activities We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
