HOW A SCRUM MASTER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through deliveryPlans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectivesMaintains GitLab and other information radiators for the teamsCollaborates with clients or end users to understand business requirementsActs as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is madeIdentifies and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestonesMotivates teams to perform and ensures team members are collectively responsible for all aspects of the committed work (analysis, development, testing, documentation, etc.)Provides reports based on team capacity and how the team is preforming against capacity

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor's degree, Certified Scrum MasterRequired Experience: 5+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills: Possesses strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices; Demonstrated experience in project management; experience using GitLab for SAFe Agile practicesSecurity Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly (or eligibility)Required Skills and Abilities: Works independently under limited supervisionPreferred Skills: Preferred experience with analytical, scientific, and/or technical disciplines in order to lead highly technical teamsLocation: On Customer SiteUS Citizenship Required
