Job Description Manage scope for RPA Initiatives to deliver high-value products for business partners Coordinate day-to day Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, daily Stand Up, backlog refinement, etc.) Coach team members in Agile principles to foster a cross-functional and self-organized team Facilitate communication and effective collaboration between all stakeholders Work with product owners to help define and refine the product backlog Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks and impediments to the teams progress Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Support the product delivery change management process (SNOW, EROC Intake Tool, RTC) Provide regular status updates for management/leadership reviews and reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
