In this role, you will:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the digital experience teams.Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.Ensure that all development processes are aligned with CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization’s digital marketing strategy and goals.Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.Ensure that the team’s work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Who you are?

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on digital products.Required certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure Boards Hands on experience with a CMS System, such as Sitecore Strong understanding of CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their implications for agile development processes.Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.Experience with Digital Products mandatory such as Websites, eCommerce, and other digital experiencesUnderstanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.Proven ability to navigate and resolve cross-functional conflicts and blockersExperience in facilitating the inclusion of compliance requirements into product backlogs and sprint planning.Ability to educate and guide teams on the importance of data privacy and compliance.Excellent attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly.
