Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum Events: Run Daily Standups, Planning, and Retrospectives. Remove Impediments: Identify and help resolve blockers to team progress. Support Product Owner: Assist in managing and prioritising the backlog. Task Board Management: Ensure smooth movement of tasks across the board. Promote Agile Practices: Guide the team in continuous delivery and iterative development. Foster Collaboration: Help maintain a positive and productive team culture.  Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. CSM certification preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Agile methodologies and product management. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.). Knowledge of software development and logistics/freight management is a plus.  Benefits:
