Applies subject matter expertise in managing projects, programs, initiatives, contracts or agreements typically involving analysis, planning, design, costing, communication or implementation. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors, including an understanding of current business or technical issues and trends Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: Scrum/Agile Collaboration & Alignment Responsible for facilitating collaborative teams in iterative technology development, including managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule, and delivery, with Scum/Agile values and principles Responsible to deliver multiple end-to-end large-scale and complex programs, products, and/or features Work effectively with Scrum teams to remove impediments that hinder project progress for a successful delivery Facilitate reoccurring Scrum/Kanban ceremonies including planning, demos, iteration meetings, and retrospectives with internal and external stakeholders Monitor the progress of the sprint for the purposes of enabling teams to stay aligned with sprint goals Facilitate teams to estimate iteration deliverables to provide transparency and predictability to stakeholders and customers. Collaborate with development teams and product owners to manage sprint backlogs/Kanban backlogs Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement through retrospection, experimentation and measurement Reporting Report the team velocity on weekly basis Report the On Time Delivery and Issue Report to external and Internal stakeholders Report on software development, quality, and testing metrics Coaching Lead team meetings and coach teams on best Scrum practices, while supporting individual members and resolving issues that come up. Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Scrum, Agile values & principles, techniques, practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting Ability to in run agile projects of varying size and complexity Awareness of current and emerging Agile industry trends, and experience implementing best practices with internal stakeholders to improve team efficacy Proven experience leading, planning, executing and evaluating delivery activities, contributing to team’s direction and function; providing advice to the team and delivery leadership Proven experience working collaboratively and building relationships across global teams, functions, and external partners/customers Experience in using team collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools Demonstrated experience communicating effectively in both oral and written form to all levels and types of stakeholders (i.e. business, technology, sponsors and control functions) Demonstrated experience being adaptable, flexible, and creative in approaches to stakeholder engagement Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent, preferred Knowledge in enterprise agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS Qualifications Education / Experience BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field 8+ years of experience in software development or project management handling software programs, preferably in an agile environment Other Requirements Ability to travel to domestic or international locations as required, up to 5% of the time. The salary range of $112,000 - $188,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum.
