Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Scrum Master who will play a pivotal role in driving Agile transformation and increasing the Agile/Product Management maturity of our existing Scrum Teams. In this role, you will leverage your Agile experience to coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be working in one of the most dynamic and exciting technology space of AI and GenAI, being able to expand your Scrum Master role into Product Management area.

As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate closely with our GenAI and AI Factory Product Management, AI Engineering, and Data Science teams. Acting as a servant leader, you will facilitate clear communication between product developers and owners, fostering collaboration and creating an environment conducive to Agile principles. Your focus on creating a collaborative Agile environment will lead to the delivery of high-quality products and an overall increase in value for our organization.

One of your key responsibilities will be removing roadblocks that hinder the team's progress and preventing them from reaching their goals. Your flexible approach and ability to adapt to change quickly will enable the team to respond effectively to evolving requirements and market dynamics.

Having a passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technology trends, particularly in AI and GenAI, is essential for success in this role. Your understanding of both the technology and business environments will empower you to effectively support Product Teams, not only by facilitating processes but also by identifying additional opportunities for improvement and innovation. In this role you may have a chance to expand your responsibilities into Product Management in AI/GenAI space.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices to increase Agile maturity

Facilitate clear communication within ART (Agile Release Train)

Create a collaborative Agile environment resulting in high-quality product delivery

Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress

Adapt quickly to changing requirements and market dynamics

Support Product Management in End-2-End Product Development Process.

Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, particularly in AI and GenAI

Support Product Teams by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Job Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT Dev Agile environment

1+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Expertise with Agile, the Scrum framework, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Experience with PI Planning; Aiding in preparing Scrum Teams for PI Planning readiness, working with Release Train Engineers to ensure dependencies have been identified and accounted for, etc.

Ability to create, interpret, analyze, and act upon team/portfolio-level metrics

Ability to coach and mentor teams with excellent communication skills with the ability to concisely express highly technical concepts to non-technical business partners

Strong influencing skills to achieve alignment up, down and across the organization

Experience with one or more Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or other accredited Scrum Master Certification

SAFe certification
